Fast Food Factoid: Before age 40 good health is a gift from God. After age 40 good health has to be earned.

Food For Thought: The most recent data from the Centers for Disease Control shows that 71% of men and just over 62% of women in the United States are overweight/obese. Excessive body weight causes many chronic diseases and will likely shorten the average lifespan in the United States by two to five years. Consequently, this may be the first time in the past century that children will die at a younger age than their parents. Source: Stop & Go
