Fast Food Factoid: When it comes to maintaining or adopting healthy behaviors and eating habits, simply removing a few unhealthy behaviors or food items often provide significant health benefits.

Food For Thought: In its landmark report "Diet, Nutrition, and Cancer", the U.S. National Academy of Sciences emphasizes the importance of including fruits, vegetables, and whole-grain cereal products in the daily diet, noting that these dietary guidelines are consistent with good nutritional practices and likely to reduce the risk of cancer.
