FEBRUARY 2010 - TEST YOUR REST GUIDELINES
  • Sleep 7 - 9 hours each night during February
  • Time begins when you get into bed and ends when you get out of bed
    Participants who are compliant with the program guidelines for at least 22 nights during February will receive HWY Credit and be entered into a drawing to receive one of one hundred $50 gift cards.
