Healthier WY Status
State employees can check their Healthier WY Status online anytime. This site gathers all information in relation to compliance to components of Healthier WY. This report generated is based on the most current data available to the Healthier WY system. Wellness Insurance Premium Discount Form completions are updated on an ongoing basis. You will receive the $480 Wellness Insurance Premium Discount for plan year 2010 if you:
  1. Complete the Great-West Healthcare Health Risk Assessment online after October 1, 2008. CLICK HERE
  2. Receive an annual wellness physical from your own personal licensed healthcare provider.
  3. Register and participate in at least two of the seven offered behavior change programs and adhere to guidelines.
